

Thom is an experienced educator, speaker, and consultant who for many years was a Royal Marines officer. He has 15 years’ experience coaching senior executives through personal and organisational change and facilitating groups of executives to operate as better teams. He works with managing directors, CEOs, and fast-stream executives helping them to improve themselves and their businesses.
He has developed a process for examining strategic situations in a detailed and systematic way that has been used successfully with a number of different companies to generate strongly-founded strategic plans.
He works in both English and French, frequently facilitating multinational groups in the UK, mainland Europe, and the US. He recently ran a major culture change program throughout a multinational company based in France. He has a large spread of coaching clients in a wide variety of organisations and has co-designed and runs two management development courses for middle and senior managers.
Thom recently completed a contract as Chairman and non-executive director of a medium-sized company. He holds an M.Sc. in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and a member of the International Association of Facilitators. He is qualified in MBTI, RPQ, TeamBuilder, FIRO-B (personality profiling) and Benchmarks (360° feedback) and also holds the British Psychological Society's Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing.
