For over 25 years, Mike has worked with client organisations in the design and implementation of organisation change, conducting internal assessments of organisation climate, building newly formed teams, and assisting teams and individuals in resolving conflict.
He has coached hundreds of executives and has implemented feedback processes focusing on improving management and leadership effectiveness.
Mike has provided consulting and training services for companies in a wide variety of industries, including petrochemical and oil, computer technology, utilities, finance, manufacturing, retail, health, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to establishing his own independent consulting firm, Mike held training positions with firms in the retail and health services industries. His last organisational position was Corporate Training Manager for one of the largest retail firms in Texas.
Mike has been a presenter at several professional association meetings. He is a past president of the Houston Chapter of ASTD, a six-hundred-member, award-winning chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
