

Annabel Watson is an exceptional facilitator of individual, team, and organisational development. She has more than a decade of training and consultancy experience, primarily with senior managers in defining and facilitating organisational change. Annabel's deeply perceptive practical and human approach to change allows for the development of the personal and interpersonal skills involved in achieving individual, team, and organisational growth objectives.
With more than 15 years experience in management, ten as a director, Annabel brings to her client work invaluable knowledge of the kinds of challenges and issues involved in building an organisation, specializing in service and sales training and management skills.
She was part of the leadership group that founded the telemarketing company Programmes Limited and worked with that team for 18 years. The result, now known as the Merchants Group, is a large telebusiness consultancy specializing in providing customer-focused solutions to increase the value of their client's customer base.
Annabel's expertise includes defining and managing organisational change with an emphasis on the impact on people, working with executives in one-on-one coaching to achieve definitive breakthroughs and lasting personal development, team-building and facilitation to strengthen the effectiveness and cooperation of executive teams, and negotiation and interpersonal skills development for managers and change agents. Simultaneously empathetic and perceptive, Annabel's energy, warmth, and insight facilitate the growth and development of individuals as they learn to achieve their goals.
Annabel is a Master Practitioner in NLP and has recently completed her master's degree in Change Agent Skills and Strategies with the Human Potential Research Group at Surrey University. Her dissertation was on collaboration among independent consultants, reflecting Annabel's interest in working collaboratively with both clients and consultant colleagues. She lives with her husband and children on an island in the Thames, Church Island, Staines.
